  • Elevated Taurine Content: Essential for heart, brain, and vision development.

Directions for Preparing Milk:

Milk Quantity Powder Required Water Required
30mL 1 scoop (6.5g) 25mL
1 Litre 215g 850mL
  1. Add half the water to the powder and mix to a paste.
  2. Add the remaining water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Ensure the water is warm (not hot) to avoid curdling.
  4. Store prepared milk in the refrigerator for up to 1 day or freeze for up to 2 weeks in small portions.

Feeding Guide:

  • Temperature: Warm milk to approximately 35°C.
  • Feeding Method: Use a bottle with a C Teat or P Teat, feeding every 2 hours for the first 3 days, then every 4 hours by week one, and every 6 hours by week two.
  • Stimulate Digestion: Help kittens defecate and urinate after each feed.
  • Monitor Growth: Kittens should gain about 10–15g per day. Weigh them regularly to track growth and adjust feed volumes accordingly.

Weaning Process:

  • At 4 weeks, kittens will begin showing interest in solid food.
  • Offer specially formulated kitten dry food soaked in milk to transition to solids.
  • Gradually increase the amount of solid food and reduce milk until they are fully weaned by 8 weeks.

Additional Feeding Tips:

  • Ensure kittens stay hydrated during hot weather by offering pre-boiled water between feeds.
  • Provide fresh water once kittens' eyes are open and they become more active.
  • Consult your veterinarian or breeder for advice specific to your kitten's breed.

Recommended For:

  • Orphaned kittens or kittens in large litters.
  • Breeders, veterinarians, and rescue centres caring for young kittens.
  • Kittens needing supplemental nutrition during growth and development.
